SYSTEMS AND SECURITYEthicall has developed the Ethicall Workflow System (EWS), an online portal for managing client instructions.
It is a full end to end workflow system which allows for secure and timely transfer of customer data between our clients and Ethicall.
At an operational level it allows our clients to place instructions direct to the system and then monitor the progress of each case.
Clients have 24/7 access to EWS so can login, place an instruction or monitor progress at their discretion. We are able to instruct
within an hour of receiving an instruction, and transmit it to our field force in a matter of seconds. This allows us to manage our people
efficiently and provides an effective tool for quality control and performance management.
Our systems reside on a remote dedicated server hosted by UKFast and provides a dedicated ASA Cisco firewall and
128 bit SSL encryption. This level of security ensures we are able to comply with our clients’ exacting data security requirements.
In addition our agents have company issued laptops so we are able to reassure our clients that we are able to control all aspects
of data security and that end point security is not compromised. EWS has proven to be a market-leading mechanism in the sector,
combining cutting-edge technology with a highly intuitive user interface.
