THE TEAM
Ethicall has been created to fill a niche in the out-sourced field
services area of the credit and lending industry. It has a unique
employed field force with an emphasis on quality control that
satisfies any lender's own ethical standards and the FCA's
regulatory obligations.
GEOFF POUNDES
DIRECTOR
Geoff has spent nearly 30 years in the
financial services industry. He has
held senior management roles with
Chartered Trust, Welcome Finance
and Hitachi Credit. In 2002 he
co-founded Fieldcall which employed
more than 100 staff nationwide. The
business was sold to Clarity Credit
Management Solutions Ltd in 2007.

PETER DOLLARD
DIRECTOR
Pete has worked in the credit and
collections industry for over 20 years,
working for HSBC, HFC Bank and
Citibank. He managed large city
branches with upwards of 20 staff and
has won many best in class awards
for both customer service and
collections work. He is highly focused
and is passionate about ensuring
customers have the best possible
experience when visited by an Ethicall
employee.

NICK MELODY
DIRECTOR
Nick has 27 years experience working
for HFC Bank. He has managed a
number of flagship branches in the
role of Major Market Manager and has
carried out secondments as Regional
Manager. Nick is a highly motivated
individual and a natural leader who
has led many teams to excellence.
He has been completing and
supervising field work for over 25
years and has a complete
understanding of the role.

MARK THOMPSON
REGIONAL MANAGER
Mark has over 25 years credit industry
experience. He started his career at
Yorkshire Bank where he progressed
to Assistant Branch Manager. Mark
moved to HFC Bank in 1998 and has
managed six branches during his
tenure where he balanced achieving
sales and collections targets with an
emphasis on maintaining quality and
control. Mark is a versatile and
successful sales and collections
manager focused on high
performance and account
management skills.
PETER MULLEN
REGIONAL MANAGER
Peter has operated within the
consumer credit industry for some 25
years, culminating in senior positions
with Welcome Financial Services
managing large portfolio's and
directing staff in lending, collections
and operational disciplines.Peter has
lived and worked in Scotland all his
professional life.
ROY HARWOOD
REGIONAL MANAGER
Roy has worked in the consumer
credit industry for the last 25 years,
managing branches for AVCO Trust
and senior collections roles within
Welcome Finance. Roy has extensive
experience of all facets of the credit
cycle and is highly regarded for his
skill in resolving cases of a sensitive
nature. He has 20 years experience
of completing and supervising field
work.
JOHN DEACON
REGIONAL MANAGER
John has amassed nearly 30 years
working for financial institutions such
as Prudential where he managed
teams of agents who made
investigative and administrative visits
to customers, often these visits were
of a sensitive nature. He later worked
in a similar job role for Mosaic before
fulfilling a senior collections role at
Welcome finance.
JON O’BRIEN
REGIONAL MANAGER
Jon has nearly 30 years experience in
the mortgage and financial service
world, having started his career with
Pearl Assurance he went on to senior
management roles at Pearl, West
Bromwich Building Society and
Newcastle Building society. He is very
focused on providing clients and their
customers with the best possible
solution whilst helping both parties to
re-open lines of communication
.
ROBERT MILNE
REGIONAL MANAGER
Rob has a strong background in
collections work, having worked for
Beneficial Finance and HFC Bank as
collections manager in their larger city
centre units. Rob has 15 years
experience of completing field work,
and takes particular pride in his
achievements when working with
customers on cases of a sensitive
nature.
